Screw the No-Fly-Zone, Screw Libya, Egypt and Every Other Muslim Country

Why do we, the USA, feel the uncontrollable need to police the world? I am sick and tired of my country spending billions on helping other countries that hate us! Now our "government" is talking about creating no fly zone for Libya at a cost of approximately 1 billion dollars. WTF? And you are paying for it with your tax dollars!

When will "We The People" stand up and take back our country? We need to get the hell out of the Middle East, South Korea and the rest of Asia and Europe. Bring our troops home. Abandon the foreign military bases and start drilling for oil in our own country.

But, you can bet your life, it won't happen. Our government "leaders" are too corrupt. They have realized that they can enrich themselves with our tax dollars. Those who "would be" honest and do the right thing are co-opted or told lies by government agencies in order to force them to vote a certain way.

There are now only 2 solutions:

Some heavenly catastrophic disasters that wipe out the corrupt and the evil in the USA.
Civil War

It is time we face facts:

Muslims are not our friends and Islam is evil, bent on taking over the world and killing the "unbelievers" or "infidels" in the process. There is no such thing as a "moderate" Muslim. Those who pretend they are moderate are lying and have an agenda.
Our government leaders are entirely corrupt, they no longer uphold our Constitution, and have proven themselves unredeemable:

Even Tea Party candidates voted for extending the Patriot Act proving they cannot be trusted.
The racist DOJ won't prosecute the voter intimidation case because the perpetrators are black.
The current administration won't allow drilling for oil in our own country (How f......g unjustifiable is that?).
The unions are in bed with our government "leaders".
... and the a..hole in chief laughs it up on vacation.

While the ever-petulant Liberals/Progressives/Socialists/Communists/Democrats continue to moan and whine at state capitals, the majority of Americans should be doing some real work!

Where is the outrage? Where are the calls for presidential impeachment, congressmen and senator recalls? Why is every state not nullifying federal policy daily and drilling for its own oil in spite of federal bulls..t? Where are the tax revolts from the people fed up with funding government corruption? Where is the Tea Party now?

Where are the Social Security and Medicare cuts? We don't give a flying f..k about the "third rail", or the "sacred cow"! Make the damn cuts! Stop spending our money! We The People are getting f.....g pissed off and will hopefully not take this current corrupt "leadership" much longer.

I will stand, fight and die for Liberty. Where are the American's who stand with me?

There are many Twitter users today that clearly express themselves as Communists. Here at Saturday Patriot, we believe in the First Amendment right to freedom of speech. Even hateful speech, like that of the Wesborough Baptist Church in Topeka, KS, is protected, and those "people" (and I use the term "people" lightly here) have the God-given right to express themselves. We also believe that people should be held accountable for their speech. If you believe in the communist ideal, you have the absolute right to express that belief. However, you must absolutely take responsibility for that expression. Though we vehemently disagree with the communist, socialist ideals we list the following in disgust so that you, the reader may retain an idea of what kind of political filth surrounds you.

In our collective opinions the people listed here, unapologetic, have expressed their belief that one or more of communism, socialism, Marxism or extreme liberalism are the ideal form of government for America and, we believe their speech or actions reflect that belief.

Wisconsin Is The First Battleground

Wisconsin is the battleground, and the first battle for the New America. The war is not about unions and collective bargaining, or money. It is not about taxes, it is not about Democrats vs. Republicans, or the color of skin. Think a minute and ask yourself, what it is really about? The war is about Liberty.

Liberty for Americans, as workers, means being able to perform a job contributing to society, to excel at that job and to be compensated, for better or worse, based on your own merits. The American worker should be able to earn increases in that compensation based on their performance. If they perform well they should be compensated well. If they perform poorly they should be compensated poorly or fired. This is a principle of natural law. Nobody in their right mind wants to, or should, pay for an inferior product. If you purchase a loaf of bread and take it home only to find that it is moldy or rotten, would you not throw it out or take it back to the store? You certainly would not eat the rotten bread. Unions effectively force you and I, and the employer, to eat the rotten bread.

Liberty for Americans, as employers, means they should not be held hostage by their workers. They should have the freedom to compensate workers that excel and to fire those who cost more money than they are worth.

The natural consequence of this principle of liberty is to induce the worker to excel, to become better at their job. This helps the company and the worker. Everyone wins. With unions everyone loses. As we see in Wisconsin, everyone ends up bankrupt or out of business. Then where does the union worker earn his pay? The union ideal of collective bargaining, and any laws that support it, effectively bites the hand that feeds it.

Unions are evil, period. I have family who are union members. Naturally they support the union ideal. At one time in history unions served a purpose. This was when the legal system was powerless to help the coal workers and others working in horrid conditions, at the mercy of big, ruthless corporations. Today, unions have become a tool of the Marxists and their ilk. However, today's union members are hopelessly unaware of the fact that they are being used for a purpose that will eventually bring them only pain and misery. Union members think that their union bosses are serving their best interests, when in reality they have been bought and paid for. If you are a union member, ask yourself if you trust your pension. Do you honestly think your pension will be there when you retire? Ask to see the books from your local accounting office. You will be placed on bad juju list so fast your head will twist and fall off. No, you will not be allowed to see any accounting. You will, instead, go to war against your fellow non-union citizens. All-the-while, your union bosses and their upper echelons will be laughing safely from their armchairs and spending your money.

No, it will come down to civil war. The lines have been drawn and the battle has started in Wisconsin. Though partisanship may play a part generally, the line has been drawn through the principle of Liberty. Those who stand on the side of liberty are against the "right" of collective bargaining. They believe in the natural right and duty of the individual to excel or fail. This war may seem relatively peaceful today, February 18, 2011. Be assured it will become violent and full of bloodshed as it sweeps into Ohio, Illinois and across the country. The trigger may have been pulled by community organizers, union bosses or other "upper echelon", but the war will be fought by the people who have been duped into believing the lies. The Lie is that it is about Democrat vs. Republican, or Unions vs. Big Corporations (or the state government, or anyone else the union bosses don't like), or Rich vs. Poor.

It is unfortunate that it comes down to this. But ask yourself which side you want to stand on. Make no mistake about the fervent will of those who stand with Liberty, the God loving gun owners who are willing to die for what they believe in. Are you willing to fight and die for your belief in the perverted principle of collective bargaining, or the Rich vs. the Poor, or Democrat/Liberal/Socialist/Communist/Marxist/Atheists vs. Republican/Libertarian/Conservative/Gun Owners/Christians.

Choose your side quickly, and know what you believe, or you may just wake up on the wrong side of the line when it is too late to make the switch. Are you willing to fight and die for your choice? With no hesitation or equivocation, I am.

The DNC is Dead?

I am so sick and tired of the liberal left and their anti-American rhetoric! First let me redefine the term "liberal" to include the following:

Democrats: this political party is not your father's Democratic party. It has been hijacked by the Cloward and Piven groupies,
and the following...
Liberals
Progressives
Communists
Nazis
Fascists
Socialists
Statists
Tree Huggers and other eco-fascists
Union members: whether they know it or not.
And others who simply hate America and what she stands for.

From here on out I'll refer to these as communists, which is essentially what they are.

It makes me very happy to see how Americans overcame all but the most hardcore, diligent efforts of the communist voter fraud this 2010 election cycle. The unions, illegal aliens and other communists clearly put Harry Reid over the top, along with Barney Frank and others of their ilk. While dancing in the streets, in celebration, we should call for intensive investigations into the voter fraud. Anyone and everyone who played a part, no matter how small, should be put in prison for a very long time, or tried for treason.

Americans have spoken loud and clear. As expected, the self-centered communist-in-chief failed to get the message. We the people are waking up and many are recognizing that the 2-party system is gone. Any remaining Republican's with a modicum of integrity, admittedly few, make up what used to be known as the Democratic party, and people are starting to realize that fact. Most of us simply cannot accept the whole truth of what has been and is being done to our country, by these communistic government "leaders". It is far to disturbing. Hopefully, enough of us will now step up and restore America to where she belongs, with a government truly by the people and for the people.

Now about the DNC. Is it really dead? Absolutely not. Don't make the mistake of thinking so, and relaxing for 1 second. Even though the liberal media is having a meltdown and many democrats have been given the symbolic pink-slip, there is plenty more work to be done.

Secretaries of State must now step up and crush voter fraud. It is just such a simple problem to solve by requiring a photo ID, namely a drivers
license in order to vote, and foreign campaign contributions should be made illegal. Corporations or unions using strong-arm tactics to coerce
employees to vote a certain way should be severely punished.
Impeachment should be a valid method of removing supreme court justices, as well as any other government official.
Discretionary spending of tax dollars by ANY government official should be illegal.
A budget should be required to pass by every congress for every fiscal year. The budget should be required to be less than the previous
year's budget until the national debt is paid in full. Federal budget deficit should simply illegal, just as it is illegal for you to
write bad personal checks.
Obamacare should be repealed immediately.
Financial reform legislation should be examined in detail and repealed if necessary. Neither the SEC, nor any government agency should be
exempt from the freedom of information act.
Immigration law enforcement should revert to the states.
The Bush tax cuts should be made permanent.
Etc.

These are just a few of the moderate ideas that should be implemented immediately. Heck, if it were up to me, there would be sweeping changes, like a 10% flat tax or zero federal income tax period. Sales taxes should be the tool whereby government funds are acquired. NAACP should be abolished and condemned as a racist organization. After all, why isn't there a NAAWP and a United White American College Fund? Isn't it about time the blacks realized they are not entitled to perpetual welfare? Our laws currently encourage them to identify with begin forever victims, and on the government dole. If black I would be disgusted by the victim mentality of my race, and would want equal treatment, not preferential treatment. Which, as a small business owner, brings me to the EEOC (Equal Employ Opportunity Commission). Bullshit! A business owner should be able to hire, or NOT hire, any person he/she wants, based on any damn reason he/she can come up with or no reason at all. The EEOC is communistic and no longer necessary. And, no, I am certainly not racist. If you think so based on these remarks, then you are part of the politically correct problem. As a white American, I have black friends for whom I would fight and die. Equal is equal. Black liberation theology is false and just another reason for blacks to remain forever victims and peasants, never lifting themselves up and out of the ghetto, as they did during WWII.

Yes, it sure feels great to see voting Americans beat the hell out of the communists this election season! Just don't sit on your laurels or relax at all because they are not done trying to turn America into Cuba.

Civil Disobedience Is Your Imperative Duty

Civil Disobedience, a powerful, classic essay written by Henry David Thoreau, is the subject of this post.

Thoreau, born 1817, was an American philosopher, author and poet among other things. In this text he explains how men are indoctrinated to believe that they are obliged to "serve the state", but are rarely allowed to make any moral distinctions. In this context, men serve not as men but as machines as there is no free exercise of judgment or moral sense, but put themselves on a level with wood, earth and stones. Again, in context, these men can just as easily serve "the devil", or evil of any kind, without intending it, as God. What is he talking about? He is calling out our government officials: legislators, soldiers, police forces, judges, governors, jailers, etc. In doing so, he has us understand how our current American system of government is dysfunctional, because it attempts to legislate and regulate the free markets, indeed even the air we breathe, and allows for no exercise of personal conscience or higher-morality.

All men recognize the right of revolution; that is, the right to refuse allegiance to, and to resist, the government, when its tyranny or its inefficiency are great and unendurable. But almost all say that such is not the case now. But such was the case, they think, in the Revolution of '75.
... when oppression and robbery are organized, I say, let us not have such a machine any longer.

He wrote that in 1849. We can only imagine what he would think, and write, about the current situation in America. Thoreau continued to persuade men and women of good conscience to get involved and take action beyond just voting every 2 years and waiting silently for things to change.

"What is the price-current of an honest man and patriot today? They hesitate, and they regret, and sometimes they petition; but they do nothing in earnest and with effect. They will wait, well disposed, for other to remedy the evil, that they may no longer have to regret. At most they give up only a cheap vote, and a feeble countenance and Godspeed, to the right, as it goes by them."

Thoreau goes on to say that "All voting is sort of gaming, like checkers or backgammon, with a slight moral tinge to it, a playing with right and wrong, with moral questions; and betting naturally accompanies it." Not to diminish the American right to vote in the process for our Republican or representative form of government; but the vote itself is no better than casting lots. The newly elected representative may, and often does, begin to accept legal bribes from special interest groups, effectively destroying the covenant between the elected and his constituents. Voting certainly is the right, and duty, of every American citizen, and is today held with little or no esteem. Indeed all citizens must vote their conscience, but the vote is only a small beginning toward asserting ones freedom.

Citizens must no longer vote, and then walk silently back to the comfort of their homes to watch Fox News and hope it worked. The enemy today, as in the beginning of the world, is socialism, a.k.a. progressivism, a.k.a. communism. These are all discrete little terms that mean forced behavior and punishment by an all-powerful dictator. The difference today is that the communists have insidiously become our government representatives, through deceit, and blatant lies. These people have no compulsion to honesty or integrity. They will not stop short of extreme activism and violence; and we must not hesitate to answer those actions in kind.

I am not speaking of a political party per se. Both Republicans and Democrats have sold their souls. Civil Disobedience explains that we "forthwith adopt one of the candidates thus selected as the only available one." This vote is of no more worth than many of the people who voted last year, deceased though they were at the time. This is because a vote for any reason other than your own conscience is a vote for the lesser of two evils, which is still a vote for evil. What choice do we have; their are a finite number of names on the ballot? By law, you have the right to write-in a vote for whomever you wish. Know who is running and find out about their character. Vote for them, be it a Republican, Democrat, Libertarian or Independent. A vote by way of conscience is never wrong. Not voting is wrong, and indeed it is a vote for the enemy of your own best interests.

Again, we cannot simply vote and wash our hands. Even if we decide to take no stance on a particular issue, we must see that we do not inherit a stance "sitting upon another man's shoulders". You may vote for a candidate based on his stance over a certain issue but they may not follow through, in congress, on that stance and indeed reverse it. If that happens it is your imperitive duty to make your dissatisfaction known to all parties involved. Too long We The People have been sleeping while our representatives have usurped our ideals. We must be vigilant from this day forward to see that our representatives truly represent us. If they do not it is imperative we replace them as soon as possible and by whatever means required.

Lastly, I would be remiss by not mentioning Thoreau's quintessential ideal in Civil Disobedience. He says,

Those who, while they disapprove of the character and measures of a government, yield to it their allegiance and support are undoubtedly its most conscientious supporters, and so frequently the most serious obstacles to reform. Some are petitioning the State to dissolve the Union, to disregard the requisitions of the President. Why do they not dissolve it themselves -- the union between themselves and the State -- and refuse to pay their quota into its treasury? Do not they stand in same relation to the State that the State does to the Union? And have not the same reasons prevented the State from resisting the Union which have prevented them from resisting the State?"

The Tea Party, to which I personally subscribe, is all about less government and lowering taxes. What would happen if we return to the original taxation requirements before the 16th Amendment was passed; taxes were voluntary! So we could pay taxes if we agree with what the government is doing with our money. If we do not agree, based on our conscientious objections to government regulations and policies, we do not pay. "sub-silentio" means "silence condones consent".

3) The federal income tax is unconstitutional. The 16th "Income Tax" Amendment of 1913 was likely never officially ratified, and even if it was, in 1916 the Supreme Court ruled "the Sixteenth Amendment does not purport to confer power to levy income taxes" in Brushaber vs. Union Pacific Railroad. The income tax was first placed into circulation as a 1-7% tax on only the very richest Americans. This top tax bracket grew to an onerous 92% in the 1950s. While this receded, for the middle class this tax has grown 500% to 1000% from this time period.

Now I am not an attorney, and I am not giving legal advice here. What I am saying is that those who pay taxes, including myself, by definition, support the policies and regulations of the government.

Again, Thoreau, "Under a government which imprisons unjustly, the true place for a just man is also a prison." Do the right thing. And what is the right thing? It is always to follow your conscience.

Vote your conscience this November. Obey the laws that agree with your conscience. Stand up and express yourself regarding those with which you disagree.

The Quran is Burning in America

Americans retain and value liberty, which is something that most other countries do not enjoy. Most Muslim countries are bound by an arbitrary Sharia law, or something as strict and oppressive. Though America enjoys freedom of speech and expression, how often have we seen American's burning the flag of another country in order to express a point of view? Even less often have we seen American's burning religious books or items considered sacred by another. You see, along with our freedom of expression, we have learned that the old saying, "sticks and stones may break our bones, but words don't harm us", really is true. I, for one, have grown up seeing muslims burn or desecrate the American flag. In addition I've seen them kidnap and kill many Americans; and for what? Their peaceful and tolerant religion?

How does a muslim burning the American flag harm us? Does it change our point of view? Does it make us more sensitive to muslim demands? Does it nudge us to be more receptive to islam? The answer is no. It does none of these things. For the most part, it gives islam a bad name and shows us the more puerile side of islam. After all, it is muslim people that are throwing these temper tantrums in oppressive countries with extremely strict laws and penalties. Do we see any islamic government rebukes for such actions?

Let's examine with a light of truth. In muslim countries you are not allowed to practice homosexuality, adultery, speak out against an imam or the home government. Women cannot vote, hold office and often they are not even permitted to pursue an education. The penalties for breaking these "laws" is often death. You may not leave the muslim religion, and Christian's are often persecuted, sometimes to death. There is no law against burning the flag of another country, or items considered sacred by another religion. Islamic governments stay eerily silent on these kinds of acts.

Why does American government, and many Americans, think these people are our friends? Why would we want friends that behave this way toward us? My point here is that the muslim people around the world have proven themselves to be a petulant and immature people. Their belligerent attitudes and temperaments are unable to be appeased. Of course, not all muslims behave this way. However, if islam is a tolerant religion like Christianity, then why do "good" muslims refuse to police their extremists who burn flags, and kidnap or murder innocent people in the name of jihad?

Take a look at the news today. Terry Jones, a pastor from Gainesville, Florida, has decided to burn the muslim quran. Christians, politicians, news networks and celebrities have come out of the woodwork to condemn his decision to do so. That is because Americans are a tolerant people, slow to anger yet ever ready to call out "bad decisions" made by our own. Where is the muslim counterpart? It doesn't exist. Indeed, muslims can lie to "infidels", so what is to prevent them from trying to portray a softer, more tolerant side of their religion. "Oh, those other muslims are are extremists. That behavior isn't islam."

Islam is not a tolerant religion. It is not peaceful. It seeks total capitulation and death or Jizya to those who resist. Islam is violent, with no oversight or self-regulation by its members. Indeed islam is not a religion in the strict sense. It is a brutal system of law and government, with extremely harsh penalties for non-compliance. There is no such concept as cruel and unusual punishment.

Now, down to the burning of the quran. As stated ad naseum in the media: do we, or Terry Jones, have the right to burn the islamic holy book, the quran? Yes, as Americans we have that right. Is it something we should be doing to prove a point? Well, tolerance, temperance and compassion says no. However, as we have all seen, islam has no tolerance, temperance or compassion for America or our beliefs.

When it comes down to it, this author would probably not choose to express himself by burning the quran. However, I will fight and die for our right as Americans to do so. It will be very interesting to see how the muslim community handles the event, if it ends up happening. Hopefully, Americans will take note and examine very closely, and always remember how the muslims around the world react to a taste of their own medicine.

Let me just say in closing... There is no place in this world for bigotry or religious prejudice. My views here are based on neither, but are my own honest appraisal of the things I've seen growing up in America. Character is what really matters and I see the character of islam for what it is.

When does vigilantism become legal and accepted?

It is all about people.

What is government, but a group of people who have been granted authority by the people? What happens when a duly elected, representative government usurps the will of the people it represents? It becomes a group of renegade vigilantes that "know" what's best for you and your family, even better than yourself. It is then a "group of people" that have become irrelevant, yet a danger to the liberty and life of its constituents.

WE are the people! When a vigilante government usurps the will of the people is it not prudent, even obligatory to remove the expropriators? Is it not the bound duty of every American to do so?

What are the tools available for such a task:

1) Voting: The problem with any system of voting is again corruption. When illegal aliens, dead or fictitious people are allowed to vote, the system is broken and must be discarded until it is fixed. The other problem here is that time may be critical. There optimum window for correcting the vigilante government may pass before the next election date. If your state elected officials are not already corrupt, tell them we need to require a government issued ID (driver license) at the polling booth. It is simply ridiculous that this is not already the case.

2) Impeachment: At the Philadelphia Convention, Benjamin Franklin noted that, historically, the removal of “obnoxious” chief executives had been accomplished by assassination. Franklin suggested that a proceduralized mechanism for removal — impeachment — would be preferable. The problem with impeachment in the USA is that the very same corrupt officials may be the ones conducting the impeachment, as well as the trial. A corrupt judge will never impeach himself. Demand impeachment of those officials who have proven themselves to be vigilantes.

3) Assassination: This would be the worst course of action possible. If government officials, corrupt as they are, were to be assassinated (which is murder), the perpetrators would certainly suffer the consequences. The honorable men and women who would serve in the newly empty seats of government would rightly be hesitant to do so. Violence is not the answer.

4) Other Means: If enough of THE PEOPLE call for an the resignation of an official, it is possible, though doubtful, that the representative will comply (See Charlie Rangel or Maxine Waters). A successful strategy is likely the methodical arraignment and conviction of corrupt officials, again see Charlie Rangel or Maxine Waters.

We are a nation of laws. This system takes time. However, I for one am pleased to see our government taking that time to do the right thing in bringing these criminals to justice. There will most certainly be more names on the list of elected criminals in the near future.

As an American, do you want to take back your government control? Put pressure on your elected officials to bring government criminals to justice. If you don't receive more than lip-service from said officials, chances are they are corrupt themselves. Step back to your state officials, or step sideways to other federal state senators or congressmen until you find one that will listen.

I recently sent the following letter to Lynn Jenkins, my congressional representative. Please read it and then note the ridiculous canned response I received. From my research and experience this is typical. It further shows that our federal government representatives are unresponsive and simply out of touch with their constituents. They simply don't care about the people they are supposed to represent! It has nothing to do with party affiliation. Republicans and Democrats are equally out-of-touch and unresponsive. The only solution is to clean house in November.

The Letter

Dear Ms. Jenkins, I am a 45 year old constituent with a family and a 40 acre farm. I am also a software engineer, and own a company which develops web applications for fortune 500 companies.

I have written to you several times and received only a form-letter from one of your assistants. I am also a very angry voter, gun lover and Christian. As it stands today I will not vote for you out of principle. The reason is that I think you are unresponsive to your constituents, in spite of the article in the Linn County News trying to convince us otherwise.

I fully understand that you are busy and probably receive thousands of emails, letters faxes and calls. Franky, I don't care how busy you are. You are a representative of the people and are duty bound to serve them. I suggest you provide a system of communication for your constituents to which you will respond. If it is not email, fine. Let me know how I can express to you our stance on the issues in a way that you will respond.

Honestly, I voted for Dennis Pyle in the primary election. I am very disappointed that you won, even though by a very small margin. Even so, I am willing to give you another chance to respond as MY elected representative to my concerns. Before I vote for you, ask my tea party members, or social network to support you, I need to know you will respond to us in a dynamic way and vote weighing our concerns.

As I told Mr. Pyle, I will be happy to help you with your campaign if I know you will respond to your constituents and vote THEIR conscience instead of your own. I can be a good friend to your campaign or a tireless enemy.

I can tell you there are a lot of very upset people in my community. Your constituents are upset or downright angry about a variety of issues but here are my own main concerns:

1) Gun Control: I am aware of your voting record as a State legislator. Honestly, I will never give up my guns and supporting anti-gun legislation or gun-control is treading on very dangerous ground. I know of no-one else in my community who feels differently. Do NOT support anti-gun legislation in any way.

2) Illegal Immigration: Seal the border. Deport the illegals. Establish an immigration program that allows them to come legally without the ridiculous wait for citizenship. Track them. Make sure they pay their taxes.

3) States Rights: The 10th amendment states that "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." The federal government is, today, oppressive, unconstitutional and bordering on irrelevant. I will not purchase healthcare insurance, period. The constitution does not give the federal government authority to legislate healthcare or require purchase insurance of any kind.

4) Federal Reserve: I would love to see it abolished. This unaccountable organization is the reason for the current mess. There needs to be oversight and accountability or get rid of them.

I need to know how you stand on these issues before I commit my vote, or my time, money and resources to either working for you, or against you.

Neither myself, my family nor many of your constituents have any confidence in the federal government today. Special interests and corporations essentially make the laws. You represent a traditionally conservative base of constituents who want to live their lives without oppressive taxation or legislation.

I lean more toward Libertarian philosophy, but stand firmly behind the US Constitution. I implore you to support it, as written. Let me also say, I have watched your voting record over the passed four months and am generally in support of the way you vote. However, your state voting record alarms me.

The power elite have always been free, as in liberty. But, how many societies in the history of our planet have obtained true liberty? The few brief moments in history when an ordinary people have managed to obtain it, has been the product of their own acts of defiance and rebellion. It has never been given, but always taken by force.

"Don't worry, we know what is best for you..." says our government, addicted to power and control over the lives of those it is supposed to serve.

There is a "dangerous accumulation of power in the hands of an overbearing elite," says American author and essayist, Lee Harris. "The freedom enjoyed by any society rests ultimately not on a constitution or a Bill of Rights, but on the willingness of ordinary people to stand up for themselves and to resist those who have the power to trample on their liberty."

When we give power to others, be it a group or an individual, to make decisions that affect our lives, liberty or pursuit of happiness, we are forging links in a chain of bondage for ourselves and our posterity. John Adams said on the matter, "A Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever."

Power breeds arrogance. This fact is replete with historical precedents. "All who believe that modern liberal societies have tamed power to the point where it can never again grow despotic are simply deluding themselves." Yet, we give pieces of our freedom away daily. We give more and more power to government. Government is forever trying to decide what is best for us and we slowly let them erode our liberty until we reach a point of no return. Do we need government? Of course we need it, to protect the liberty of individuals and sovereignty of our union. It should protect the rights of the individual to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It should NEVER usurp the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. It should defend our borders from terrorists and other countries desirous to do us harm. Beyond that it should get out, and stay out, of our way.

Clearly, resistance is growing to the current administration. There are two camps, and anger and frustration are growing in both of them. There are the liberal elite, highly educated, arrogant know-it-alls who are grossly out of touch with the fundamental values and visceral convictions of "real Americans." Then there are the patriots, the ordinary "real Americans", who have jobs or own small businesses and believe in things like The Constitution and Bill of Rights, that they are for all Americans and should not be "re-interpreted", or misconstrued to serve one group over another.

The Obama administration is taxing Americans but unwilling to rule according to the will of the people. This is taxation without representation. People have killed and died over this kind of tyranny. When the duly elected officials in our Republic no longer serve the American people, danger is immanent. When our government no longer listens to us, "for our own good", resistance is inherent.

"Once resistance against authority has reached a certain point, it becomes increasingly difficult to keep it in check. Eventually a point of no return is reached, when all efforts to govern the society are baffled, so that no other options remain except revolution and civil war."

History does indeed repeat itself. History itself is proof of that fact. The human condition is a yearning, indeed a struggle, to obtain freedom; freedom to search for answers to the big questions, freedom to pursue a course of action to test the theories that may answer those questions.

Inalienable Rights vs. Civil Rights.

What is the difference between an inalienable right and a civil right? Most people know that an inalienable right is a right that is inexorably linked to the individual. Nothing can separate that right from the individual. What about civil rights? Are civil rights granted by government? Can they be taken away? Can they be mandated or manipulated by law to the aggrandizement of a particular interest?

Ask yourself, what kind of merchant achieves legal means to force you to purchase their goods or services or face imprisonment, or fines? What kind of government supports this kind of merchant?

Let's assume that a company called "American Fruit" sells apples. This company pays lobbyists to go to congress and convince them that every American must eat an apple each day, and indeed it is a civil right. They also pay public relations firms to come up with propaganda, in the form of television and print advertisements, to convince the majority of Americans that they must eat an apple everyday or they are simply flying without a safety net and will die early. The ads persuade that it is blasphemous to allow your children to go to school before eating an apple everyday, etc. Let's say that effort takes years, and congress finally agrees that apples are healthy and every American must, for their own good, eat at least one apple each and every day, or be subject to fines or imprisonment.

Is the premise ridiculous?

Now let's assume the apple is really a product called insurance. How did we arrive at a place where we think that doing without a certain product or service is a violation of the laws of nature? The majority of people today, regardless of political affiliation, consider living without automobile or health insurance unthinkable. In fact so many believe that it is a civil right to carry automobile and health insurance that it is now mandated by law that you and I do so. How did insurance become law? It is forced, legal gambling.

Ask yourself, is this the way it should be, or is our current situation due to the power elite manipulating government to their own benefit. This is but one example of many.

Unfortunately, we have fallen asleep at the wheel of government. We have allowed our liberty to be chipped away until it has almost reached the point of no return. Maybe we are passed that point. I hope not but my fear is that we are in trouble, and the time may be soon here when we are forced to take up arms against our fellow countrymen.

Due to our oppressive government's decisions to rule with impunity, some believe it is already too late to stop the coming food shortage and hyperinflation. What do you think will happen when people cannot feed their families or even afford to travel to work?

If the world were facing a global food shortage, how would our governments warn us about it? They would not. They could not warn us without causing a run on food, a worldwide panic and global violence like the world has never seen. Governments would collapse and economies would quickly fail.

For months now, the media has been reporting two distinctly, contradicting realities. Don't take my word for it. Read the above referenced articles and do some research on your own. I've travelled the midwest all my life. I have never seen so much unharvested corn laying in flooded fields as during last year's harvest season. This year the sun is burning crops and though USDA "estimates" may not reflect it, the reality is that we are in serious trouble.

The governments will not talk about it. The mainstream media will not to talk about it. But those who see it coming are quietly preparing.

What Will Happen?

Nobody can predict the future. It doesn't take a rocket scientist, though, to sit down and think about some of the possible consequences of the coming food shortage.

Triple digit food inflation. You will not be able to afford a loaf of bread.
Guns and ammunition will also be unaffordable.
Banks dump foreign reserves to increase the value of their own currency, and lower cost of food imports.
The US Dollar will collapse along with treasuries, derivatives and the global financial system.
People will panic, and do anything to feed themselves and their families.
Good people, though unprepared, will likely ask for food before they steal or use violence. Help them if you can.
Existing gangs and criminals will kill and take what they need. Don't they do that already?
New mobs and gangs will form and use violence to take what they need.
Local, state and federal police will be overwhelmed.
Martial law will be declared; possibly Global Martial Law.
The US Constitution will be "suspended".
Grocery stores will be empty and food shipments will cease.
Home gardens and farms may be targets for raids, organized or not.
Travel will become unsafe or illegal.

How To Prepare?

I'm not writing this to generate fear. My motivation is to help others prepare. If you do not already have food storage it is way past time to invest. Buy wheat, rice, oats, pasta, flour and other staple foods that will store for long periods of time. Google "food storage", read the articles and determine what your family needs are. Whatever you do, avoid procrastination. It is far too late to "wait and see".

Essential Items

Make sure you have a long-term water supply or the ability to filter groundwater for drinking.
In addition barter items are good to have: cooking oil, alcohols, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, hard candy, etc.
Necessary fuel storage is also good to have on hand: petroleum (gasoline), diesel, propane, automotive oils, alcohol, charcoal, wood for burning.
Weapons and lots of ammunition for hunting and self-defense.

You Cannot Do It Alone

Good people still exist. Those with honor and integrity, who tell the truth like it is -- ugly thought it may be. Know your neighbors and fellow church members. If things breakdown and become as bad as I think they will, we cannot survive alone. We need help from our family, friends and neighbors whom we trust.

What a Perfect Crisis

Rahm Emanuel said, "Never let a serious crisis go to waste. What I mean by that is it's an opportunity to do things you couldn't do before." Clearly the current administration could use a crisis like the coming food shortage to further its evil socialist/communist agenda.

Obama has two years left in his term. Clearly neither he, nor the first lady, are worried about the public opinion lately. Is he planning to use the coming food crisis to his advantage? Do your own research, and you decide.

Rupert Murdoch Laughs At StopBeck

Rupert Murdoch Shrugs Off Glenn Beck Concerns, reads the headline of the article at 24/7 Wall St.

Speaking on the company’s earnings conference call yesterday, the media mogul said the nearly one-year-long boycott of The Glenn Beck Show on the Fox News Channel had no impact on the show’s revenue and equally little impact on the company’s bottom line.

“They don’t boycott watching it,” the billionaire is quoted as saying. ” We’re getting incredible numbers.”

Mr. Murdoch has also publicly supported Glenn Beck and states that he is worth it because of the buzz he generates for the top-rated cable news channel.

The website StopBeck.com has started a smear campaign against the Glenn Beck Show on Fox News, with apparently ineffectual results. The coward behind the campaign has anonymously registered the domain name and hosts the site at nearlyfreespeech.net, an anonymous web hosting service.

Though the "anonymous" domain registration service, "Domains By Proxy", claims to keep the registrants private, it is not difficult to get around it.

If Glenn Beck may be overly passionate at times, he is not a racist, and I firmly believe he tells the truth as he sees it. At least 2.4 million viewers feel the same.

It is a complex world today. If you disagree with someone of a racial minority, you are labeled a racist by the left, which is a ridiculous lie. "Progressives" don't like it when people tell the truth about them and their agenda. Glenn Beck continues to do that, successfully, despite this cowardly smear campaign. The wonderful thing is that the list of sponsors boycotting Beck's show can be used by supporters as well.

Let me make this very clear. My company and I will personally boycott every last company on this list. There are many companies listed, with which we currently do business. That will end forthwith. We will make it very clear, with personal contact to each of these companies, the reason we are ceasing our business and canceling our accounts. We urge all 2.4 million, who believe in Beck's efforts, to do the same.

Corruption In Federal and Local Politics

Are you fed up with the corruption in federal and local politics? Do you want to see a restoration of traditional family values in government with liberty and equal justice (NOT SOCIAL JUSTICE) for all? If so, there is only one answer. Join a grassroots movement.

As Americans, we do not have the luxury of sitting on the sidelines anymore; not if we care about our liberty. If we are not actively engaged against corruption in politics-as-usual, we are helping the enemy win. We simply cannot remain complacent and see America restored to her glorious, and free self. Writing to your congressional representative or your senator accomplishes nothing. Your government is ignoring you, the individual. Your single voice carries no weight in government. You must join with like-minded people in order to have your voice heard.

The Two-Party System: has been corrupted/co-opted. Why is same agenda followed regardless of which party is in control? Character is no longer the driving force behind the popular vote. You have been voting for a lesser-of-two-evils candidate for years now. The problem: they are mostly liars, or those who actually mean what they say before an election, for whatever reason, change their minds when it comes to making policy or law. Why do they say one thing and then do another after the election? There are only two possible reasons for that:

They have an agenda which they hide because they know the public will not agree. So they lie to the public to get elected, then start following their hidden agenda.
They mean what they say, when they say it, but have their minds changed after getting elected. Why do their minds change? There are only two possible reasons why:

They are corrupted with money, gifts, favors or power from a special interest.
They receive "evidence" or "facts" that require them to support a different position. Often these "facts" are not the truth but fabricated in behalf of a think-tank or special interest.

The green path above should be the only acceptable path of changing one's stance on an issue after being elected. Even then, the "evidence" or "facts" should be the truth and not some lies or half-truths from the intelligence community or think-tank. Character is of the utmost importance when these lies come to play. Only an honorable person can effectively choose the correct path when they are presented with lies disguised as truth. A corruptible person will choose the path of self-interest every time, without exception.

The two-party system has too many interconnected dependencies to think-tanks and special interests. We need another choice, or several.

The Tea Party: This group, or groups have become a substantial force to be reckoned with. A truthdig.com article distills numbers from a CBS News/New York Times poll stating, "if you count only those who have actually gone to a rally or given money, you’re talking about 4 percent of the population." So 4% of the US population in 2009 (307,006,550), according to the US Census Bureau is 12,280,262 people actively engaged in the Tea Party movement. When you add your voice to a group this size, it will no longer be ignored. If you join, this relatively young movement needs to be watched with vigilance to make sure the ideals continue to reflect your own. The Tea Party is not strictly a political party. There are currently no Tea Party candidates. Although there are many Tea Party supporters in the Republican party.

The Libertarian Party: identifies with the individual. "All individuals are sovereign over their own lives and no one is forced to sacrifice his or her values for the benefit of others." This political party, formed in 1971 in opposition to the Vietnam War, the draft, and the end of the Gold Standard. They believe in the minimal required government, the minimal amount and scope of laws required to prevent usurpation of individual rights, which are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

It is time to get off the couch and choose a side. Mark my words... you either choose now or the choice will be forced upon you.

Arizona files an appeal to Judge Susan Bolton's ridiculous ruling on SB 1070, which would allow Arizona to enforce the immigration laws. Bolton's ruling blocks the state from enforcing the immigration laws.

On the eve of her ruling, 34 year old officer Carlos L. Ledesma was killed during an undercover drug crime investigation in south Phoenix. Two other officers were wounded while Bolton looked the other way.

What is going on in this country today? When did we stop being a nation guided by the rule of law? How can a federal judge rule against a state's right to enforce a the law, when the federal police will not?

This is all about politics, power and votes. Arizona is overrun with criminals from Mexico. There are a plethora of problems caused by this situation which are well-documented elsewhere. The fact is that Arizona has the right to enforce her laws. Every single Mexican who is in the USA illegally is, by definition, a criminal. There are no excuses or justifications, period. You either play by the rules or you are committing a crime and subject to being arrested, detained and deported back to your own country.

It is understandable that many want to provide a safe place for their families to live. A place of opportunity and potential prosperity is the desire of everyone. We need to have an immigration policy that allows foreigners to come to the USA in a fair and honorable way. However, until that happens our current laws need to be enforced. Anyone in this country illegally, again, by definition is a criminal and should not be rewarded with any form of amnesty or short-track to citizenship. Criminal immigrants should go to the end of the long line of people waiting to come here legally. Compound, violent criminals, drug traffickers should be denied, period. Further, foreign nationals should be required to denounce all other citizenship to any other countries, should swear an oath to the uphold and protect Constitution of the United States and pledge allegiance to the United States of America. All immigrants should be required to read, write and speak fluent English. Do this and you are now an American citizen. However, if you violate any federal or state laws, depending upon the state of residence, within the first three years from the time of naturalization, you get deported, or serve an extended jail sentence.

Get them in and get them processed, then let the currently overburdened US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) organization take a vacation. They don't do their job anyway.

Illegal Aliens Now Fleeing To Your State

Illegal aliens are now fleeing Arizona in droves, ahead of the Arizona immigration-law crackdown that starts Thursday, July 29. Where are they fleeing? Your state, or one near you!

Illegal, Wendi Villasenor, 31, is headed for Pennsylvania. "We have no alternative. They have us cornered."

Gabriela Jaquez, 37, said she is leaving for New Mexico with her husband, an alleged legal resident, and two children born in Phoenix. It is difficult to believe that someone would leave their home over the law if they are playing by the rules.

Some are planning to stay in Arizona and take their chances. Tim Gaynor, of Reuters, says "some are heading back to Mexico or to neighboring states." Personally, I doubt many will go back to Mexico; would you?

Again Gaynor writes, "Lunaly Bustillos, a legal resident from Mexico, hoped to sell some clothes, dumbbells and an ornamental statue on Sunday before her family heads for Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Monday." "It makes me sad and angry too because I feel I have the right to be here," said Bustillos, 17, who recently graduated from high school in Phoenix.

Clearly the media, Obama and his administration have spread lies and disinformation about the new Arizona law. The legal immigrants in Arizona would not otherwise flee their homes.

One thing is certain. When the majority of illegals leave Arizona, they are not going back to Mexico. They are coming to a state near you. They will work for less money, pay no taxes, take your hospital bed and leave you with the bill, insist that your schools and services speak Spanish, and bring crime with them. If they don't obey the laws in Arizona, why would they in any other state?

Every state in the nation should adopt the same law or pass similar legislation. If not, you get what you deserve.

First Amendment Rights Under Fire From CNN

Anchors at CNN, the most irrelevant primetime news network in the United States, John Roberts and Kyra Phillips, call for a crackdown on internet bloggers.

While interviewing Andrew Keen, author of "The Cult of the Amateur: How blogs, MySpace, YouTube, and the rest of today's user-generated media are destroying our economy, our culture, and our values," Phillips asked to know his opinion on the subject. Keen responded with the suggestion that there should an internet "gatekeeper". Phillips further suggested "there's going to come a point where something's going to have to be done legally" about anonymous bloggers...

"There has to be some point where there's some accountability. And companies, especially in the media have to stop giving these anonymous bloggers credit."

CNN, with the worst primetime ratings in nine years, is scrambling to recoup their lost viewers by embracing a totalitarian philosophy and throwing the First Amendment out the window. The two regulation-happy reporters, suggest the Sherrod situation can help bring attention to the "necessity" of blogging reform if she [Sherrod] brings a defamation lawsuit against Andrew Breitbart, who originally broke the story and provided the video to Fox News.

According to Roberts, Sherrod has "the power now and she also has the profile to maybe bring this into a new light, so we'll see where this goes."

UPDATE: Apparently Roberts and Phillips, along with Mr. Keen, would like to see us bloggers face censorship like China.

Presidential Assassination List

GLENN BECK, FOXNEWS: I don't think I would have looked into this story if it had been reported on some GOP blog. But these guys are so in the bag for Obama, it bears investigating.

Assassinating American citizens without due process? What happened to Miranda rights? Even the ACLU expressed: "profound concern about recent reports indicating that you have authorized a program that contemplates the killing of suspected terrorists — including U.S. citizens — located far away from zones of actual armed conflict. If accurately described, this program violates international law and, at least insofar as it affects U.S. citizens, it is also unconstitutional."

Notice the ACLU says "if accurately described." We asked the White House if we are accurately describing the presidential assassination program and were told to call the CIA.

America, you are in trouble.

I am one of the strongest guys out there on terror and probably many people on the list are bona fide terrorists who — if I was on a jury to determine if they were terrorists or not — if they were, I'd probably vote to shoot them in the head. Call me a little nostalgic for the Constitution, but let's have that fair trial for American citizens first.

The president is worried about offending radical jihadists. He's very worried about Muslims getting randomly attacked on the streets and scooped up — which, I haven't seen. But I also see who is feared: The angry, racist Tea Parties.

In Missouri, a report was issued for state police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers and other paraphernalia associated with the Constitutional Campaign for Liberty and Libertarian parties. The report categorized them as militia-influenced terrorists.

That's you with your "Don't Tread on Me" flag, gang.

There are allegedly "dozens of Americans" on this hit list who "pose a threat" to the United States. National Security Adviser John Brennan said this:

JOHN BRENNAN, NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISER: There are, in my mind, dozens of U.S. persons who are in different parts of the world that are very concerning to us.

BRENNAN: The president's strategy is absolutely clear about the threat we face. Our enemy is not terrorism because terrorism is but a tactic. Our enemy is not terror because terror is a state of mind. And as Americans we refuse to live in fear. Nor do we describe our enemy as jihadists or Islamists because jihad is a holy struggle, a legitimate tenet of Islam meaning to purify oneself of one's community. And there is nothing holy or legitimate or Islamic about murdering innocent men, women and children.

So, according to BRENNAN and OBAMA:

Our enemy is not terrorism or terror, jihadists or Islamists
Now the enemy are American citizens, who can be assassinated without due process

GLENN GREENWALD, SALON: Look at the controversies that were created during the Bush administration, when the president got caught spying on American citizens without warrant or trying to detain them without due process. Here you're talking about something far more extreme. You're talking about targeting American citizens for murder, for assassination, based merely on the allegation that they're involved in terrorism. No evidence, no charges, no trial — nothing.

DYLAN RATIGAN, MSNBC: His actions create a massive cognitive dissonance that actually allows him to get away with more than George W. Bush could when it comes to encroachments on civil liberties, facilitating theft from the American people or potentially calling you or me a terrorist and trying to have us killed.

GREENWALD: Well, I know that that's the fact. I mean, the Republicans are at least being consistent. When Bush was president they said, we think the president should be able to have whatever powers he wants in an unchecked fashion as long as it's justified by terrorism and war. The Democrats, though, said that they were against those things, that the president shouldn't have powers to exercise in an unchecked fashion. And again if you look at what Democrats, including Barack Obama, objected to, it was merely things like eavesdropping on Americans and detaining them without due process and without charges. And now Democrats have completely abandoned those objections now that there's a Democrat in the White House and apparently not just detaining and eavesdropping Americans but targeting them for murder is acceptable to the Democratic Party now that there's a Democrat in the White House.

GREENWALD: And again if you justify that, targeting American citizens for assassination without any due process, what don't you approve of?

RATIGAN: Are you surprised at the media's lack of an outroar relative to this when you consider what it might have been if George W. Bush did the exact same thing? Quickly.

GREENWALD: Well, I think the media wasn't really particularly all that upset about what Bush did, either, and I think the problem is that if you justify something with the word terrorism, it scares the media and they are afraid to appear sympathetic to terrorism by opposing it. And what they have to get back to is the basic rights and Constitution that say that political leaders in the United States cannot exercise power in an unchecked way.

This is bad America, very, very bad! The federal government is out of control. They can now assassinate US citizens arbitrarily, and without due process. There may have been programs like this in the past, targeting enemy foreign nationals like Osama bin Laden. Now you may be on a federal hit list because you are a Tea Party member, wrote a blog article that someone didn't like or have a patriotic bumper sticker on your car.

If I Were President

I've been thinking a lot lately about politics; the state of the USA; the checks and balances in federal government, etc. If I were president, here are some of the changes I would make:

Taxes: 10% tax, across the board, for everyone. No exceptions, excuses, regulations, loopholes, etc.
Federal Reserve: Abolished! Duly elected, Congress decides all matters regarding printing of currency.
Entitlements: All non-essential government entitlement programs would be dismantled (saving at least 2 billion dollars per year):

AFDC
Supplemental Security Income
Food Stamps
Lower income housing asst.
Earned Income Tax Credit
Stafford loans
Social Services (Title 20)
Low-rent public housing
General medical assistance
School Lunch
General Assistance

Indian Health Services
Summer youth employment
Maternal and child health
JOBS and WIN
Job Corps

Education and Vocational Training: Waive taxes for non-profit educational or vocational institutions that are proven to be effective. Require standardized tests, interviews with graduates to maintain the tax incentive. All students are required to recite the Pledge of Allegiance, including the words "One Nation Under God".
Military Complex: Abolish standing Army and Marines in favor of highly trained State-Sponsored Militia. Keep Air Force and Navy intact. New Militia replaces National Guard, Army and Marines; trains weekly, has full-time, private sector jobs. Taxes are waived for all men and women faithfully and honorably serving in the New Militia.
Illegal Immigration: Build a big fence! Monitor the fence with automated technology and New Border Guard which train with the New Militia. New Rules of Engagement: Any foreign national firing a weapon on any New Border Guard or American Citizen will be in turn shot and killed.
Legal Immigration: Create a 4 point immigration plan where the immigrant must:

Learn to speak and write the English language fluently.
Denounce all other citizenship.
Take an oath to agree with and uphold the US Constitution, and pledge allegiance to the USA.
Avoid violating any federal, state or local laws during a period of 3 years from the time of naturalization. Violation may results in immediate deportation, but depends on the local and state laws.

War on Drugs: Legalize and tax all drugs. Drug manufacturers must pass licensing, inspection and testing by the each State's Drug Administration. All drugs must be clearly labeled with SDA stamp and state of origin. Sale of drugs or alcohol to any minor or near schools results in automatic mandatory jail time and permanent loss of license.
Agriculture: Stop meddling in agriculture immediately. No more incentives to manipulate farmers. Corn and other agricultural subsidies and taxes are abolished. Farmers can grow whatever they want according to the market supply and demand.
Marketplace: Repeal all tax incentives and subsidies which try to control market conditions. Leave the markets alone to live or die by supply and demand.
Constitutional Matters:

Repeal the 16th Amendment (income taxes)
Repeal the 17th Amendment (senators elected by popular vote)
Extend the 22th Amendment (term limits) to include all state representatives and senators.
Repeal the 23rd Amendment DC's right to vote for President and Vice President.
Criminalize all forms of lobbying. Encourage state representatives to listen to their constituents and make decisions based on the needs and desires of same.
The first amendment will not be infringed except where the ridiculous argument rears its head that "it is my 1st amendment right to burn the US flag." No, it is not your right if you are a US citizen. Burn the flag and give up your citizenship, and exile follows immediately. If you feel the need to hate the flag or the USA, send a letter to your state, local and federal representatives, write an editorial opinion to your local news outlet, make a public speech, etc.
Firearms: The right to bear arms shall not be infringed! All weapons are legal. Weapons may be carried in the open or concealed. Anyone desirous to carry a weapon must pass a training course every year. This certificate must be presented to state law enforcement upon request. Anyone taking an innocent life automatically loses this privilege (see Criminal Matters for punishment)

Criminal Matters:

Capital punishment for Rape, 1st degree murder, child abuse and treason.
Communist sympathizers will be exiled from the USA forthwith, or possibly charged with treason. We live in a Republic. If you prefer a different style of government, there are plenty to choose from elsewhere.
All minor offenses, such as drug violations shall be pardoned.
Any federal or Supreme Court judge caught taking bribes or pandering to lobbying of any kind immediately loses their position and is possibly charged with treason, depending on the circumstances.
Anything else is legal as long as it does not violate the rights, health or safety of another individual, or their property, either directly or indirectly.

Encourage neighbors helping neighbors and family unity, love and support.

Now granted, there are some very sweeping changes here from what we know as current government and law, and these are only a few that I have in mind. They assume I would have the power to present and get passed such unilateral laws.

Samir Shabazz and Other Hate Mongers

I can't help but wonder if Shabazz, and those like him, will ever find a sense of peace or happiness. I wonder what happened to him to make him so full of hate.

Did he have a mother and a father? - (my guess is that he missed at least one of his parents and maybe both)
If he did have parents who didn't abandon him, did they love him and teach him that he has inherent value and worth?
If he had a father, did he show love and respect toward his mother?
Did his parents/guardians teach him right and wrong?
Has he never experienced love?
Does he even consider America as his country, or is it "the white man's country"?
Does he have any idea how blessed he is to live in this wonderful land, where he has the right to spew hateful speech without fear of being incarcerated or assassinated?

His little hate speech makes it clear that he even holds disdain for men of his own race if they have white girlfriends or wives.

The sad thing about his eye opening rant is that he is not even close to being the only one who feels that way. There are thousands of people on both sides of the race coin who think like Shabazz. What a sad, sick existence to hate so much that it consumes everything you say and do; indeed everything you are.

The Ku Klux Klan and the New Black Panther Party are likely two of the worst hate groups in the USA. Are they to be feared? Absolutely not. They are to be pitied. All members of these types of groups are deluded. They have never been taught, as children, how to love. Maybe mommy didn't love them. Maybe they were beaten as children until they cowered, whimpering in a corner, like a mistreated dog. One thing is doubtless, they were not loved. Because it is love that educates. Love teaches us that there is beauty and worth in our fellow human beings.

It is doubtful that men like this Shabazz have the strength of character to break the cycle of hate. We can only hope and pray for them to either find the strength to seek peace or to find me or one of my well armed friends.
